I didn't receive my verification email
First, check your spam, junk, promotions, and updates folders. Verification emails can occasionally be filtered by email providers. If you still can't find it after a few minutes, contact support and we'll help you out.
I forgot my password
Use the "Forgot Password" option on the sign-in screen. If you don't receive the reset email, check your spam folder and make sure you're using the correct email address.
My subscription isn't showing as active
Try closing and reopening the app, then use the "Restore Purchases" option in Settings. If the issue persists, send us a message and include the email associated with your App Store account.
I found an incorrect definition or example
Vocary combines trusted lexical sources with AI-generated educational content. While we work hard to maintain quality, mistakes can occasionally occur. Please email us the word and we'll investigate it.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly within the app through Settings. This permanently removes your account and associated user data.

Absolutely. Many of Vocary's improvements come directly from user feedback. We'd love to hear your ideas.
